Overseeing our energetic and creative children's and youth programme is a key part of the role as well as ensuring the delivery of a full, high quality daily programme of activities and entertainments that make a huge difference to our guests both young and old.
Based at our four-star campsite Le Pas Opton, in the Vendée near the west coast of France from May to September, you will be fully immersed in the life and culture of the site throughout the season.
Drawing on your passionate Christian faith you will bring faith and energy and play a leading role in fulfilling our vision for Spring Harvest Holidays, for our guests to enjoy superb holidays in an excellent environment. We want our guests to be refreshed and renewed: spiritually, mentally and physically. Our vision also encompasses the development and well-being of our team. Providing daily leadership and caring physically, emotionally and spiritually for our Animateur team will be vital to the success of this role.
The role will be based in France from May to September with the possibility of paid part-time involvement before and after that time to help prepare for the season before it begins, and evaluate after the season end. Accommodation in your own mobile home on site is provided while in France with travel expenses to and from France.
This role holds an occupational requirement under the Equality Act for the post-holder to be a practising and committed Christian, seeking to grow in their discipleship, and an active and regular worshipping member of a Christian church. You will also be able to demonstrate your commitment to the core values of Spring Harvest Holidays.
Successful candidates must be able to obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate for Spring Harvest Holidays and be happy to serve within the EA Basis of Faith and Lausanne Covenant
